Our Story

At NorCal CryoSlim, we are a passionate team led by Todd and Amber, who saw a unique opportunity to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. With over 15 years of experience in fitness, they recognized the growing need for holistic wellness solutions, especially as people became more conscious of their health during the pandemic. In 2020, they took the leap and opened NorCal CryoSlim to help individuals improve not only their physical fitness but their overall well-being. Driven by a passion for learning and a commitment to helping others perform at their best, Todd and Amber created a space where health goals are supported from all angles.

Amber

Amber is the heart and soul of our med spa. With a background in athletic coaching and CrossFit training, she brings a dynamic energy and passion for wellness to everything she does. Amber's biggest joys are her two wonderful kids, who keep her on her toes and occasionally bug her (in the best way possible!). When she's not busy transforming lives at the spa, she's cheering on her kids in their various adventures and, let's be honest, keeping Todd in check with her playful complaints about his contributions around the business.

Todd

Todd, our resident Star Wars enthusiast and Friends aficionado, comes from a firefighting background and is also a seasoned CrossFit trainer and gym owner. He brings a unique blend of discipline and humor to the spa. When he's not helping clients achieve their wellness goals, Todd enjoys hitting the golf course and spending quality time with his two furry companions. His knack for balancing fun and focus makes him an integral part of our team.
